Celebrating the Spring in Our Step Linky and Giveaway! ​

I am SO excited to join The Inspired Owl for the Celebrating with a Spring in our Step link party! This is my first ever linky party and I couldn't be more excited!!!  

I wanted to share some basic milestones that I have reached since January.  

1.  I sold products from my TpT store every month since December.  

2.  I bought a new car.  

3.  I gained followers on IG, FB, and in my TpT Store!  

4.  I am planning a huge meet up for May!

This year has started off with some very high highs and some low lows.  However, as Spring comes around, things are on the up and up!  I went to the TpT Conference last year and admired so many of the teachers there.  I loved reading their blogs, looking at their TpT stores, and followed many of them on IG and FB.  I never thought I would come close to being as good a blogger or seller as them.  I made it a goal to give it a good shot.  I have finally started to see that I can do it.  The products I have made for TpT aren't terrible.  They are products I am proud of and products I would buy myself.  As I reflect, I am excited to go to the TpT conference again this year and meet new teachers and make new memories.  Connecting with other teachers is always fun!  :)

Pencil Sharpener Heaven!

I have been so incredibly busy over the last couple weeks!!!!  But I wanted to share an AMAZING product with you!!!!!!  For months, I had been seeing other bloggers, Instagramers, and Facebookers, talking about this pencil sharpener from Classroom Friendly Supplies.  I decided to look into it and I have say…I am in L-O-V-E!!!!!!!  I have the hot pink sharpener in my classroom.  When my box arrived, I hadn't even left the office before it was opened.  My secretary and principal were both looking at me funny while I did my happy dance and then asked me what was so special about it.  I grabbed a pencil out of the supply closet and showed them!!! They were impressed.

I shared this sharpener with every teacher I passed in the hall.  By the end of our staff meeting, I had a handful of pencils sharpened and teachers asking for this sharpener for their classroom.  My principal is considering getting one for every classroom!  :) I have also been able to show my students this amazing tool!  I think they break pencils on purpose, just so they can see me use the sharpener.  I have 2 other pencil sharpeners in the classroom and guess what?!  They come to me and say, "Can you use the cool sharpener?"  Lol…I love my kids.

If you want a sharpener that works and is AMAZING, this is the one!!!!  Every single teacher should have one in their classroom!!

Currently: March!

I have teamed up with Farley over at Oh' Boy 4th Grade for another Currently!!! I love all the GREEN!  :)  Here it goes!

Listening:  I am a big HGTV junky!  :)  Caribbean Life is on now!  Love love love this show!  Wish I was on a beach somewhere right now!

Loving:  I spent 4 hours cleaning out my garage on Friday afternoon/evening.  I made so much progress it's crazy!!!!  I needed to do this so bad, and I still have work to do, but I am happy with how it looks for now!

Thinking:  Wednesday begins our school's Accreditation!  It is something that we have been working on for MONTHS AND MONTHS!!!!  So much work to do to get ready in the classroom, but I am excited for it to be here!  I am so proud of the school I teach at and I can't wait to show off our Awesomeness!  :)

Wanting:  I want to be in Vegas!!!  Yes, the TpT Conference will be here soon enough!  However, one of my best friend lives there and I kinda miss him!  I always have fun and it's VEGAS SEASON!  :)

Needing: Sleep!!!!!!!  I slept for a couple hours last night on and off and today I feel like I have been hit by a truck!  Lol.  I need to finish this so I can go to bed!

Spring Break Plans:  I seriously have NOTHING planned….maybe I should head to Vegas!!!!  :)
